Simpradoor Trading Projects CC shall establish, document, implement, maintain and continually improve an Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 system and determine how it will fulfill these requirements during the management or construction of their products. We believe that the implementation of best practices in Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality will benefit all stakeholders and will assist to secure long term relations.

Simpradoor Trading Projects CC recognizes our responsibilities for the overall Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality of our employees and to the local community. We are committed to comply with all relevant legislation at local, regional and national levels, and to continually improve our Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality performance through appropriate initiative, controls, and provision of resources and training of employees. Our aim is to minimize injury and ill health commencing from all our operations.

An Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality System has been established that complies with the ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 requirements. This integrates Occupational Health & Safety understanding and control into other systems and procedures under the direction of the senior management team with the support of all employees, suppliers and contractors.

Management objectives and targets are established and reviewed on an annual basis to implement the Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Policy. These are based on a commitment to six Occupational Health & Safety principles;

  • - Prevention of all Occupational Injuries and Diseases
  • - Effective and responsible Occupational Health & Safety Management system
  • - Maintaining a high awareness of Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality issues in the work place
  • - Involving suppliers, contractors and customers in the Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality initiative
  • - Working together with staff, customers, authorities and other affected parties to resolve Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality issues
  • - Continuously improving, managing and integrating Occupational Health & Safety standards throughout our organization.

The effectiveness of the Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management System is monitored and maintained by regular audits and Management Review.

All employees must take all necessary precautions to protect themselves and their colleagues. All employees have the right and duty to stop work in the face or clear and present danger and to inform their line/top management.

This Occupational Health & Safety Policy is communicated to all employees with the intent that they are made aware of the individual Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality obligations. This policy is available to the public on request. This Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to Simpradoor Trading Projects CC
